kicket.com, a brand within the PLG, is entering a new phase of development. Agnieszka Arana-Iturri has been appointed CEO and takes full responsibility for the company’s strategy and operations in Poland, as well as its integration into PLG’s international structure.
Agnieszka is an experienced executive with over a decade of work in the cultural and live events sector. She began her career in NGOs, co-organizing large open-air charity events and co-creating the Warsaw-based cultural hub Duży Pokój.
She joined GoOut in 2016, initially working on content for the cultural guide and managing event listings, graphics, and ticketing. In 2017, she became the Country Manager for Poland, leading a small team with strong support from the Czech HQ. Over time, she assumed more independent leadership, and from 2019 became increasingly involved in GoOut’s international growth. In early 2023, she oversaw the restructuring of GoOut’s Polish operations in preparation for the merger with PLG.
Following the integration of kicket.com, Biletomat.pl, and GoOut.pl in 2024, Agnieszka became COO and a Management Board Member of kicket.com, responsible for operational alignment and collaboration with PLG. Her expertise spans strategy, operations, partnerships, and organizational transformation – making her a natural leader for the brand’s next stage of growth.
With her new role as CEO, Agnieszka also becomes the sole Management Board Member of kicket.com. Her appointment is part of PLG’s broader strategy to accelerate growth in the Polish market and increase local teams’ participation in international initiatives. As emphasized by Chairman of the Management Board of PLG Sven Nuutmann, Poland remains one of the group’s key markets, and PLG is actively pursuing further regional expansion.
This leadership change is part of a strategic transformation focused on continued development within the PLG structure. After 12 years of dedicated work, Maciej Wartacz has concluded his roles as CEO and Management Board Member of kicket.com. Maciej was a co-founder of the brand – from the early days of Ewejściówki, through building the platform, to key strategic decisions that shaped kicket.com into one of the leading ticketing brands in Poland. His vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment played a fundamental role in shaping the company’s current identity.
“I would like to thank Maciek for his long-standing work and contribution to the company’s development. Thanks to his initiative and consistency, we are now building the future of kicket.com on a solid foundation. We wish him all the best in his future ventures,” said Sven Nuutmann, Chairman of the Management Board of PLG.
kicket.com is a platform for those who believe in the power of live experiences and seek moments that truly move them. Our ambition is to become the first-choice brand for audiences looking for meaningful and exciting cultural events – and a preferred partner for event organizers and cultural institutions. We believe that under Agnieszka Arana-Iturri’s leadership, kicket.com will strengthen its position and significantly expand its presence on the Polish market.
